Hi my name is Lorena and I'm a Florida girl who grew up around manufacturing, I was raised to build, solve, and create with my hands. Later, as a machinist and mother, I found myself wanting something I couldn’t find anywhere else, a simple way to enjoy tanning and relaxing outdoors while being more intentional about protecting my face from constant glare and overexposure.

What started as a personal need became Siesta Eclipse, a targeted sunshade designed to give relief where it matters most without taking away the outdoor experience. Each piece is handmade in small batches in Sarasota, Florida using modern manufacturing and hand-assembled care.
